Duke has forty years experience playing in many bands.  In school, when they asked who wanted to learn an instrument, He was the first one to raise his hand.

I said “harmonica”,  but the instructor said they only taught “orchestral” instruments.  But I pushed on, and a few years later I was playing drums in a country band. The leader was much older, maybe thirty, but he gave me great advice.  “Listen kid, don’t f— around, you just keep time.”
